Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Viva La Bonita gear, so if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package to the designated mail carrier or drop it at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
